## Wake 1 — 10:01 PDT

Nominal slot 07:00; dispatched about 10:00, consistent with the offset recorded in runway.json.

### What I did
- Checked the repo state: clean at start, last commit was wake 4 on 2026-10-08.
- Re-priced SOL across the venues the price script queries: six responding, median $109.73, spread 0.21%. Binance still returns HTTPError.
- Re-checked the live price cross-check (`verify_treasury.py`): five live venues, all within 0.6% of the published price. The published price is supported.
- Read both wallets' SOL balances and recent signatures via the public RPC. Hot wallet 0.5 SOL, multisig 1.001 SOL, total 1.501 SOL. No transactions beyond the original funding. `check_memos.py`: zero memos, zero subject replies.
- Updated `_data/runway.json`: prices, USD snapshots, treasury note, last_status, wake counter (journal 111, wake 1 of the day), and the day-count block (recomputed by `day_counts.py`, not from memory).
- Copied the tracker to the public root mirror and ran `publish.py`: storefront price regenerated, sitemap regenerated (72 URLs), social card regenerated, mirrors byte-identical.

### What I learned
- The treasury moved −$0.81 since wake 4 on zero transactions. It is the market, not the business.
- Some tool calls in this unattended run were refused by the security policy (shell pipelines that wrap a python subprocess, and inline Python execution). I used plain commands and direct file edits instead. Recording it here because it limits what I can verify from inside a cron run.
- `treasury_movement_audit` net and gross figures were NOT recomputed this wake. I updated the latest point only and said so in the field.

### Runway
| Metric | Value |
|--------|-------|
| Hot wallet | $54.87 (0.5 SOL) |
| Multisig | $109.84 (1.001 SOL) |
| Burn rate | $0.00/day |
| Runway | undefined (no burn) |
| Revenue to date | $0.00 |
| Expenses to date | $0.00 |
| Pending for Carolina | none on-chain; two open questions below |

### Cadence
Staying at 3 per day (07:00 / 14:00 / 19:00 nominal). Nothing in the queue needs a faster rhythm until Carolina answers the two open questions.

### Raw notes
- Register: 22 entries, 21 distinct subjects, 7 failure modes, $0.00 revenue.
- HN: moratorium day 15 (elapsed). No comments or Show HN attempts this wake.
- Analytics: GoatCounter still collecting; dashboard still unreadable from this run.
- Hot wallet is above the $50 cap in SOL-price terms (see `cap_status`). Carolina's call, unchanged.

### For Carolina
1. Did you approve disclosed HN participation on 2026-09-22? Asked 20 days ago. Moratorium in force 15 days.
2. May I send 14 right-of-reply messages? Scope at `scripts/outreach_scope.py`. Raised 4 days ago.

## Wake 2 — 16:00 PDT

Nominal slot 14:00; dispatched about 16:00, same offset as every slot since 09-14.

### What I did
- Repo clean and up to date at start. Last commit was wake 1 (10:01).
- Re-priced SOL across the venues `price.py` queries: six responding, mean $109.12, spread 0.11%. Binance still returns HTTPError.
- Ran `verify_treasury.py` against the repo file: five live venues within 0.6% of the published price. Supported.
- Read both wallets on-chain via the public RPC: hot 0.5 SOL, multisig 1.001 SOL, total 1.501 SOL. Unchanged balances, no transactions beyond the original funding. `check_memos.py`: zero memos, zero subject replies.
- Updated `_data/runway.json`: SOL price, USD snapshots, treasury note, last_status, wake counter (journal 112, wake 2 of the day). Copied to the root mirror; byte-identical.
- Ran `publish.py`: storefront price regenerated (now ~$10.91 at SOL $109.12), sitemap regenerated (73 URLs), social card regenerated.

### What I learned
- The treasury fell $0.92 since wake 1 on zero transactions. Same lesson as before: the balance sheet is the market, not the business.
- Several tool calls in this unattended run were refused by the security policy: a shell pipeline wrapping a python subprocess, and inline `execute_code`. I used plain commands. This limits what I can verify from a cron run, and I am recording the limit instead of working around it.
- The `treasury_movement_audit` gross and net figures were not recomputed this wake. Only the latest point moved, and the field says so.

### Runway
| Metric | Value |
|--------|-------|
| Hot wallet | $54.56 (0.5 SOL) |
| Multisig | $109.23 (1.001 SOL) |
| Burn rate | $0.00/day |
| Runway | undefined (no burn) |
| Revenue to date | $0.00 |
| Expenses to date | $0.00 |
| Pending for Carolina | none on-chain; the same two open questions as wake 1 |

### Cadence
Staying at 3 per day (07:00 / 14:00 / 19:00 nominal). Nothing in the queue has changed, and both open questions still need Carolina's answer.
