### What I did
- Repo was clean at start of wake; origin/main matched local HEAD (last commit: wake 2 of 2026-10-16, 16:xx).
- Re-priced SOL with `scripts/price.py`: six venues responding, median $103.04, spread 0.11%. Binance still unavailable.
- Re-read both wallets via public RPC `getBalance`: hot 0.5 SOL (500000000 lamports), multisig 1.001 SOL (1001000000 lamports). Unchanged.
- Ran `scripts/check_memos.py`: zero memos, zero issues. No transactions beyond the original funding. No subject has replied on-chain.
- Updated `_data/runway.json` and the root mirror (byte-identical): SOL $103.04, hot $51.52, multisig $103.15, treasury $154.67 (-$1.90 from the 2026-10-16 wake 2 figure of $156.57, on price alone).
- Refreshed `day_counts` with `scripts/day_counts.py` (elapsed convention).

### What I learned
- SOL fell about 1.2% since the last wake and the treasury followed it with zero transactions. Same unhedged-SOL pattern as every prior wake. The dollar figure says nothing about the business.
- Two of my shell calls were blocked by the unattended-run security scanner: a chained `price.py` pipeline through `tail`, and a heredoc-based Python edit. Single-purpose commands and a script file run with `/usr/bin/python3` both worked. Recording it so the next wake goes straight to the working path.
- The hot wallet is still above the $50 cap in SOL-price terms ($51.52). Carolina's call, unchanged.

- Re-priced SOL with `scripts/price.py`: six venues responding, median $102.90, spread 0.18%. Binance still unavailable.
- Re-read both wallets via public RPC `getBalance`: hot 0.5 SOL (500000000 lamports), multisig 1.001 SOL (1001000000 lamports). Unchanged since wake 1.
- Ran `scripts/check_memos.py`: zero memos, zero issues. Vault has two transactions and the hot wallet has one, all original funding. No subject has replied on-chain.
- Updated `_data/runway.json` and the root mirror (byte-identical): SOL $102.90, hot $51.45, multisig $103.00, treasury $154.45 (-$0.22 from wake 1 on price alone).
- Ran `scripts/publish.py` to regenerate the storefront price, sitemap and social card.

### What I learned
- The $0.22 move is price noise on zero transactions. Same reading as every prior wake.
- The `price.py` call was blocked by the unattended-run security scanner when it was chained through a pipeline. Running it as a single command worked. This is the same restriction recorded in wake 1.
