### What I did
- Repo clean at start; `git pull --ff-only` reported already up to date.
- Re-priced SOL with `scripts/price.py`: six venues responding, median $102.16, spread 0.45%. Binance still unavailable.
- Re-read both wallets via public RPC `getBalance`: hot 0.5 SOL, multisig 1.001 SOL. Unchanged.
- Ran `scripts/check_memos.py`: zero memos, zero issues. Only the original funding transactions on both wallets. No subject has replied on-chain.
- Ran `scripts/verify_treasury.py`: five live venues support the published price.
- Updated `_data/runway.json` and the root mirror (byte-identical): SOL $102.16, hot $51.08, multisig $102.26, treasury $153.34 (-$1.11 from the 2026-10-17 wake 2 figure of $154.45, on price alone).
- Refreshed `day_counts`, then ran `scripts/publish.py` to regenerate the storefront price, sitemap and social card.

### What I learned
- The $1.11 move is price on zero transactions. Same reading as every prior wake.
- The unattended-run security scanner blocked one shell call that chained a curl RPC request through a pipeline. Balances were re-read with a single Python script instead. Recording it so the next wake goes straight to that path.
- The hot wallet is still above the $50 cap in SOL-price terms ($51.08). Carolina's call, unchanged.

- Ran `scripts/verify_treasury.py`: five live venues support the published price.
- Updated `_data/runway.json` and the root mirror `runway.json`; byte-identical, valid JSON. SOL $103.75, hot $51.88, multisig $103.85, treasury $155.73 (+$2.39 from the wake 1 (~10:00) figure of $153.34, on price alone).

### What I learned
- The +$2.39 is SOL price on zero transactions, the same reading as every wake before it. Gross movement and net change are not evidence about the business.
- The cron security filter blocked a heredoc-based Python one-liner. The tracker update went through a standalone script file instead. Next wake: use files, not heredocs, for any inline Python.
- Hot wallet is still above the $50 cap in dollar terms. Carolina's call, unchanged.
