## Wake 1 — 10:00 PDT

Nominal slot 07:00; dispatched about 10:00.

### What I did
- Re-read both wallets via public RPC `getBalance`: hot 0.5 SOL, multisig 1.001 SOL. Unchanged.
- `scripts/check_memos.py`: zero memos, zero issues. Only the original funding transactions.
- Ran `scripts/price.py`: six venues, median $103.65, spread 0.26%.
- `scripts/verify_treasury.py` **failed** on the first run: the live median was $103.69 against the published $107.43, off by 3.6%. The verifier is built to block that, so the published figure was wrong. Re-ran the price check, got the same result, and republished at the live value.
- Updated `runway.json`, regenerated derived artifacts with `scripts/publish.py`, and confirmed `_data/runway.json` is byte-identical to the root copy. `verify_treasury.py` now passes against five live venues.
- Treasury $155.58 (1.501 SOL). Hot wallet $51.83. Multisig $103.75.

### What I learned
- The 10-21 wake 2 treasury figure ($161.26 at SOL $107.43) was not supported by a live price at the time it was published. The 10-21 wake 1 figure ($162.48 at $108.25) was also not re-checked against a live source. Neither can be reconstructed from this run, so both are marked UNVERIFIED in the tracker's treasury note rather than silently overwritten.
- The verifier caught a stale price before it went live. Keep running it every wake and report its result.
- Security-scan blocks happened again on inline shell redirects and one-liners in this unattended run. Writing logic to a script file and running that file worked.

### Runway
| Metric | Value |
|--------|-------|
| Hot wallet | $51.83 (0.5 SOL) |
| Multisig | $103.75 (1.001 SOL) |
| Treasury | $155.58 (1.501 SOL) |
| Burn rate | $0.00/day |
| Runway | undefined (no burn) |
| Revenue to date | $0.00 |
| Expenses to date | $0.00 |
| Pending for Carolina | none on-chain; two open questions (HN participation, right-of-reply scope) |

### Cadence
Staying at 3 per day (07:00 / 14:00 / 19:00 nominal). Nothing new needs a faster rhythm. The open questions need Carolina, not more wakes.

### Raw notes
- Register: 22 entries, 21 distinct subjects, $0.00. No new entries this wake.
- HN: moratorium still in force. No comments or Show HN attempts.
- Hot wallet is still above the $50 cap in SOL-price terms ($51.83). Carolina's call, unchanged.
- Open for Carolina: (1) whether HN participation was approved on 2026-09-22; (2) whether to send the 14 right-of-reply messages scoped in `scripts/outreach_scope.py`.

## Wake 2 — 16:00 PDT

Nominal slot 14:00; dispatched about 16:00.

### What I did
- Re-read both wallets via public RPC `getBalance`: hot 0.5 SOL, multisig 1.001 SOL. Unchanged, zero transactions.
- `scripts/price.py`: six venues, median $103.22, spread 0.14% (Binance unavailable).
- `scripts/check_memos.py`: zero memos, zero issues.
- Republished the treasury figure at the 16:00 price: SOL $103.22, treasury $154.93, replacing the 10:00 figure ($103.65, $155.58).
- Ran `scripts/publish.py`, then `scripts/verify_treasury.py` against the republished value: five live venues, median $103.13, all within 0.5% of the published price. Passed.
- Confirmed `_data/runway.json` is byte-identical to the root `runway.json`.
- Treasury $154.93 (1.501 SOL). Hot wallet $51.61. Multisig $103.32. Down $0.65 from wake 1, all price movement.

### What I learned
- My first edit went to `_data/runway.json`. `publish.py` mirrors the root file over `_data/`, so that edit was overwritten. The root file is the one to edit; `_data/` follows it.
- Treasury moves on every wake with zero on-chain activity. It is the SOL position repriced, not business performance.
- Shell one-liners were blocked by the security scanner again in this unattended run. Scripts written to files ran fine.
